Changing the icon to a button on a list.

Hi, another day another problem! 

I have a list with names on, but instead of an arrow I want to replace it with a small button with the words change on.

i.e,

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
A.N.Other                                                Change
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
J.Bloggs                                                  Change
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
