Check for empty <ul> and if true update with text.....

Hi
I can't seem to get this to work and not sure really why. Example: http://jsfiddle.net/Vt4CJ/

I am trying to say if <ul> tags with a class of 'Check' are empty then add text 'No documents found' else do nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated.
