I am Mark and I am very very very new with jquery! 

I am developing my website with this tool and I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem.

I fill a select box with php and then dynamically add in formation in a second select box based on the input in the first select box. 

Now I would like that if I click a button these two values will get inserted into a table without reloading the page. 

I use codeigniter framework if anyone is wondering.
