Cluetip not working in IE, Safari and Chrome --> FF is fine

Cluetip not working in IE, Safari and Chrome --> FF is fine

I'm using Cluetip to display some additional information.
It all works fine in FF.
In IE I see a message that the file could not get loaded.
In Safari and Chrome I don't see the "mehr" button at all.

I didn't find some information in the forum.
I'm using version 1.0.7.

Any ideas ?
