code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js upgraded to 1.9?

It seems code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js has been upgraded to 1.9 which had broken my site. I can't see any confirmation of this on the blog, or anywhere else. I have changed my site to use 1.8.3 now, but can anyone confirm 1.9 has been released?
