I have included a JSFiddle to explain what I am struggling with.

When the user presses the 3rd button on any row I want that button to stay checked but that row to become disabled.

Subsequently the vertical column of radio buttons - in the first instance all the buttons marked 2nd would also become disabled - when this is repeated the column one would become disabled.
