Color Animation Plugin


Hello all,
I have a fix which makes color animation bug-free in IE 6+, as well as
in all other supported browsers. The color plugin itself seems to
have been untouched for quite a while, does it have anyone to maintain
it? There are further fixes for properties with multiple values
(borderColor, etc.) , but someone may be working on them already...
Should the bug report be filed under ui-dev or the Color Animation
plugin page?
It's not clear that Effects bundles carbon copies of Easing and Color
plugins -- the documentation and demos are fragmented between
jqueryui.com and docs.jquery.com and the Easing and Color plugin docs
(and the plugin docs never reference the Effects package).
As alexander farkas said in a previous post, "I really think, that the
animateClass feature has a great hidden potential and is underused."
I know we're all busy, I would be happy to help update the docs and
demos, but don't know the current state and timeline... Can I help
pick up the slack on this project or would you prefer help with the
1.7 timeline?
