The symptoms:

The Razr:

did accept touch input, and this touch input seems to lock up on hover (light blue). I was unable to get the buttons to register as touched, which would change the theme and add a check icon. Unable to continue to the second page.

The Xoom:

did accept touch input, but it was a very specific situation that caused this. I scrolled to the bottom of the page trying all buttons with no response, then after scrolling back to the top of the page I was able to get the buttons to accept input - themes changed, checkmark added, and on 4 'no' answers the page changed as expected.

However - when the second page loaded, I recieved the loader spinner and this continued spinning for the next 90 seconds before we tested again.

On both devices:

Scrolling is slow, almost a half second delay and it is also inaccurate. Swipes were about 25% of the time responsive.

Using other browsers on the same device such as FireFox Mobile and Opera Mobile work 100% of the time. It is only Chrome JellyBean Mobile Browser specific.

The interesting part?

I have also tested this on the below device in a Chrome Browser with 100% success. Perhaps this is the TouchWiz UI allowing this to work?
