Compatibility issues with IE and jquery plugin.

Hi,

Need help I'm using the following plugins

<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-1.2.6.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/startstop-slider.js"></script>


 and they work fine in the slides in All other browsers but IE, If I remove the "interface.js" the slide works but I want both to work 


any help would be an asset.
