Conflict with jquery.innerfade and jquery.tabs
Hi,
I'm new to jquery, however, I have used a couple jquery scripts online and modified the CSS slightly, however, although they work there are some issues which I need a bit of help with.

The innerfade script

used in the header appears on top of the corner banner despite the innerfade script being on a lower div. Is there any way of displaying the corner banner and have the images continue to fade?
The second problem I have is with the tabs

(fade effect) under the header image. Rather than fading just the content within each tab it slides the footer up and removes the background during the fade.
the desired effect I'm trying to go for with the tabs is the same as on

for the 'top seller', 'top rated', 'just added' tabs.
Any help would be much appreciated.
