Contact Form - accordian?

Hey all,

I have a contact form completed working etc.

I would like to have a portion of the form appear AFTER a radio button has been selected. So when the user checks YES - more files show up. I am thinking of using the accordian effect.

Is this a good way of doing this, if so does anyone have and example or can show me how it is done?
