context menu woes

I am trying to figure out how to use this plugin: http://abeautifulsite.net/notebook.php?article=68

so that my intranet app only shows the context menu for textual input. I don't want the context menu to be displayed when users right click anywhere else on the page.

Can anyone shed some light as to his to achieve this please?
