Cookies disabled for ICS (4) Android???

Hi,

I'm using Android 2.3 on my phone, and my app works fine (phonegap / JQM / Eclipse) with cookies for the login system. For some reason though, its refusing to work in Android 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) ... is there a reason for this? I've tried pure JS and also a jQuery plugin to set the cookies... yet it just refuses to save them. The emulator gives the same issue.

The only reason I was made aware of this is due to my friend testing it on his Galaxy S III which is on version 4. Is there a way around this? I find it bizarre to think that cookies are disabled on the latest version of Android! :/
