Create Dynmic page tranistion in weebly

Hey guys

Im new to creating website and css world. But ill try my best to explain my problem. I wanted to create a dynamic page transition effect so that everytime when i clicked on a navigation tab only part of the content get refreshed and not the whole website. I've found a way to do it but had no clue of where to dump all these codes in weebly.
