I'm aiming to create a 'spotlight' effect using JQuery draggable. For example, the area that is draggable reveals the image underneath it much like a 'spotlight' while the rest of the image remains black.

Hope that makes sense. I've figured out how to use draggable but not sure if it is possible to tweak to do this.
