Animated expanding / collapsing area not working as intended...
Hi Guys,
I'm building a new site and have decided to use JQuery to make the user experience a little more interactive! On the page (link below), I've added a Site Explorer bar, that when clicked expands a hidden layer, which will contain links to other key areas of the site.
Initially the animation worked okay in Firefox... but then on testing in IE8 it appeared that some of the CSS properties that I had animated caused the area to collapse incorrectly.
In my attempt to fix this, I'm now left with a page with expandable / collapsable panel that neither works correctly in Firefox or IE.
Any advice / help you could give would be appreciated. Here's a link to the site:
