Custom Theme Roller

Quick question:
Is it possible to use the themeroller selector using a list of your
own themes? We use the UI heavily and have developed our own themes
including the thumbnails etc. and we want to expose it using the
themeroller dropdown.
Is there a way to tell it it's data source so that it can show just
our themes?
Any input would be appreciated.
