HI

I am brand new to the jQuery world and pretty weak in Javascript, so please bear with me.

 

I am looking to have a series of images rotate.  I would like the series of images to start/load at a random point in the series, but then follow the same ordering, and continuously cycle.  I would like the images to fade in and out. 

 

I think all of the above could be accomplished with jQuery/Cycle plugin?

 

Can I also have each image link/be clickable to a different webpage?

 

If so, can anyone point me to an example? or how-to page?

 

I have seen flash do this, but the iPad/iPhone seems to have issues with the flash animation
