datepicker and daylight savings time transitions


Datepicker seems to think that the first days of November are dated 1,
2, 2, 3, 4,... when using "Americas/Chicago" timezone and Firefox
3.0.3.
With your time zone set to one of the US timezones (and observing
daylight savings time), visit <http://ui.jquery.com/themeroller> and
change the month in the datepicker to November 2008. Note the first
few days of the month. Daylight savings time ends November 2nd, so 24
hours after 2008-11-02 00:00 (Midnight, Nov 2nd) is 2008-11-02 23:00
(11:00pm of Nov 2nd)!
