Datepicker code in Download Builder?

Hi All,
Could someone confirm if the download builder is meant to be using the
same code as the development bundle?
Just spent hours trying to work out why some of the css styles were
screwed to find that the style names were changed and the js code when
using the builder still refers to the old styles.
