I would like to add events to the datepicker so if I specify a certain date the calender would pick it up and highlight the day I've specified.

Example. It's my birthday on the 5th and I want the calender to recognise that there is an event (birthday) on the 5th so it must highlight that day.

Is this possible and if so could someone please enlighten me as I'm totally stumped
