Datepicker highlightweek

Hi every body,
i'm mixed up with the highlightweek, which is implemented in jquery UI
datepicker widget version 1.6... but not anymore in version 1.7.2
(version i use).
Is there a way to highlight a onmouseovered (and selected) week?
