Datepicker initialization
Posted the same thing in the datepicker plugin on pbworks but it was
evidently the wrong place for it.
I noticed that when you the datepicker is initialized the first time
the ui-datepicker-div isn't hidden which sometimes can cause a layout
glitch. When you've opened up the dialog the first time and closed it
the div will be hidden, like imo it should be from start. It's not
hard to hide it manually yourself but this feels like a bug.
