datepicker prev and next button icons don't show up

datepicker prev and next button icons don't show up

The buttons work and the tooltip shows but the little icons don't show up. I created a stand-alone page with nothing on it other than a datepicker and the icons show up there, so something else on the real page must be messing it up but what?
