datepicker showing me one day ahead

datepicker showing me one day ahead

I am a newbie to jquery and trying out some widgets.  I tried the easiest one datepicker, but its showing me one day ahead.  Today is 05Nov2008 wednesday, but when I try datepicker, 05Nov2008 is Thursday.  The code is below.  Any ideas?
