Default system date & time in form fields

Default system date & time in form fields

This might have been asked before but I didn't find anything in the forum search.

When a jquery mobile form is opened with a date and time field in it, I need the fields values to immediately have the default current system date and time, still with the option for user to change the value (ie. date and time box).

How do I achieve this in JQM?
