Degrading JQuery toggle

Hello everyone and thanks for your help in advance. I am working on a webpage that is using the JQuery toggle method to display div tags when various links are clicked. However, in cases where javascript is disabled I need to make sure the div panels do not display and that the page degrades properly. Any help would be appreciated.
