Delay on all buttons and links

Hi,

if i click on buttons/links the response always tooks ~1 second.

There is no data retrieved or something, it's just switching from a page to a page (multiple pages on one site).

I've tried "Fastbutton" for jQuery but this doesn't solve the problem.

My mobile browser is IE 10.
