I know this is a JQuery site, but many of the user here also do have a good understanding of HTML and CSS.
My site is at
http://www.odinsoft.dk press the link "Min familie" in the top menu.
I am trying to make it look like this

but it will not work in IE8 and FF 3.52.
and yes the site is in Danish
