When I am developing using jQuery.  It seems like I have to clear the browser cache for it to work with the latest changes.  So if I make a small change and run the application, I have to clear the browser cache for it to load it again.

 

I am using IE 8, but I have the same problem in FF and I am not sure how to clear the browser cache in FF?

 

Is this normal?  Is there a way to make it load it each time and not cache it?
