Using Win XP and IE 7 with iu 1.8.2 and jquery 1.4.2.  Each time I open a dialog, the browser scrolls to the bottom, taking the dialog out of view.  This didn't happen with 1.7.2 and 1.4.2

 

I even have this problem on the 1.8.2 dialog demo page

 

Is there a new property I need to set, or is this a problem in the dialog?
