Dialog demos

Hi all -
I just committed in a set of revised dialog demos for review. I added
a few new modal examples (message, confirmation, form) and tried to
add some narration to each instead of lorum ipsum. Feel free to fix up
my code and language and tell me if this is a good direction to follow
for the rest:
