Dialog: Link problem and scrollbar in IE

I've created this sample page:

It shows my to problems:
1) In IE8 or FF I see a strange dashed border on the "Link"-text in
the dialog. How can I remove it?
2) In IE8 when the dialog is open there are scrollbar both vertical
and horizonal in my browser. How can I remove them?
Hope someone can help me solve this problems!
