Dialog Title Issue - will no longer show HTML correctly

I used to be able to use the dialog('option','title', "<span>formatted contents</span>) statement to display HTML in the title bar of any dialog.

This seems to have been deprecated in 1.9 by the use of double quotes when this functionality is called.

Is there a workround to be able to use HTML to display icons on the title bar?
