Dialog .ui-resizable-handle flicker in UI 1.6 rc2

I've noticed that the .ui-resizable-handle's flicker in and out when
moving a resizable dialog. Is there a way to prevent that from
happening with rc2? Also, when setting resizable to false the handles
are removed. Would it be possible to replace them with a
generic .handle class with the same outer dimensions?
