Disable click events during ajax call

Disable click events during ajax call

Hi guys

I have 3 icons on a page, each icon when clicked load some text in a div element via ajax.
I would like to disable the click events for the other 2 and bind them back as soon as the text in loaded.

How can I do it in jquery?
