Do JQuery UI Interactions work with items from drop down list box?

Do JQuery UI Interactions work with items from drop down list box?


Hi
JQuery UI Interactions(draggables, sortables etc.) work with the list(<li>).
Do they work with drop down list (<option>)? I am able to drag and drop
items from one list to another, but not able to drag and drop items from one
drop down list to another using JQuery Sortables. Do I need to make any
changes in the Sortable.js file? How can I do this? Thanks in advance for
your time.
