Docs for effects


Hi all -
I just finished writing up the 2 high level landing pages for the
effects. We will link to these from the overview and left nav. On the
overview, we'll also include a comma delimited list of the methods
(event, hide, etc. ) and effect types (puff, blind, explode, etc.) so
people can easily get to both levels.
Not sure if adding all the second levels to the left nav will get way
too long. If we add these links, we are at a point where spindowns in
the left nav might be a good idea to explore.

next we need to clean up the info for all the detail pages and build
demos. The class and color animations don't have any demos yet and
they are some of the coolest features. I'll try to create a few, but
looking for ideas.
Paul is going to take a look at building out the detail page design we
documented on the wiki with the demo block on top and the overview +
options spindows below all parsed from the wiki. Design here:
