Does $(window).resize() work on windows phone 7(IE9) ?

 

Or else

 

Please let  me know how to detect the orientation(landscap/portrait) change on the windows phone 7.Please its very urgent!!

 

Tried out all the stuff like resize and orientationChange and tested on the wp 7 emulator. Nothing worked

 

Help Plz...
