Download not working

Whenever I try to download Jquery UI I end up with a .zip file that
only has an HTML file in it. On the download page it always says 0 of
25 components selected, no matter how many I have selected. I've tried
deselecting all, then selecting all, but it doesn't help.
Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening?
