compressed  production  version jQuery 2.1.0 download (or others in http://jquery.com/download/ page ) result in "publisher couldn't be verified" message. It may seem fastidious that I'm asking or maybe I'm doing you a favor, but why would software affiliated with M.I.T. result in a "publisher couldn't be verified" message?

PS: For some dumb reason I seem to be having a difficult time seeing my question posted. I'm usually pretty patient but I'm blowing smoke out my ears trying to post the above question. I'm new so sorry if I'm missing something.
