Downloading jQuery for MAC

Hi, i've followed all of the instructions to download jQuery, but for the my mac it does not offer me a file to save, it just opens a new tab and fills it with a load of script!

I've watched tutorials all over the net, but no one has been having the same problem that i'm having.

Could anyone using a mac please let me know what is going on, or what i'm doing wrong.
