Drag n drop with imaginary guidelines

Drag n drop with imaginary guidelines

I need something like this.
But when an element is dragged guidelines are created by the borders of other elements in the page.

It's like the igoogle UI but the elements don't need to be on top.

Anyone has seen something like this working ?
