Draggable Div resets to original vertical position after draggable is disabled.

Hi, I have a div that I've enable draggablitiy on within an html body. In IE9 when I drag the div outside the initial bounderies of the html body ( causing an increase in scoll), and then disable the drag option, the div jumps vertically to its original position.This does not happen in firerfox or safari. 
 
Any help would be appreciated!
