<span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;">Netflix drag and drop queue has a great cursor effect using -moz-grab and -moz-grabbing.  They use cursor: (url) for IE.  It would be great for draggables to use this technique.  Its a far superior affordance for grabbing than the standard move icon.
