Drop down menu becomes hidden of JQuery fading images

Hi,
For some reason the dropdown list in my menu becomes hidden underneath the jquery fading images. If i dont fade the image it displays fine.

When you rollover Javascript, the 2 items beneath it become blocked by the images which are fading in the right panel.

Any help will greatly be appreciated.
