Drop Down Menu List

I download the tabs option from the jquery website. Whenever I visit
my site, the tabs are not collapse and everything inside a tab is
shown. I was wondering if there is an option where you can
automatically have the tabs collapsed when you visit the site. Help is
much, much appreciated!
