dynamic datepicker in a dialog

Hi,
i have a Problem with a datepicker in a dialog. I want to create a jquery datepicker dynamically after clicking on the "open dialog"-button, but the datepicker in the dialog has no function... When i insert a static datepicker, which exists from the beginning, everything is alright... I hope you have any Ideas?
