Dynamic HTMl form

Hi All,

Please guide me on how to achieve this.

I have a link add URL which on click gives a dynamic text field and a remove button which on click removes that form element. On click on Add URL link many such input fields will be populated. How this can be achieved using jQuery.

Please help/guide on making this possible.
