dynamic image loading from a folder

Hi all im trying to build up an image gallery using galleria. My
requirement is to change the code to read a folder and load the images
to the gallery. i.e rather than having many <li> tag for each image
can I change it to loop through the folder and load the images..
Im new to jquery and any help regarding this is highly appreciated…
